1. Returns for Defective Products Only

We accept returns only for defective products. If your product arrives in a defective condition, you are eligible for a replacement.

  • Defect Verification: To process your return, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect. This is mandatory to verify the issue before we approve your return request.
  • Timeframe: Defective products must be reported within 3-4 days of receipt.

2. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your parcel is lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for lost parcels.

  • Replacement for Lost Parcels: If the courier confirms your shipment is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement.
  • Accurate Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid issues.

3. Uncollected Parcels

If the customer does not collect or accept the parcel and it is returned to us, Gunus Creative Glow is not responsible for such occurrences. In such cases:

  • Additional Shipping Charges: The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges again if the product needs to be re-shipped.

4. Replacement Policy

For verified defective products or lost shipments, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

  • Product Availability: If the item is no longer available, we will offer an equivalent product or store credit for future use.
  • Return Shipping for Defective Products: We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective products, if necessary.

5. Steps to Request a Replacement

If your product is defective or lost during shipping, follow these steps:
